Our annual Servicing & Maintenance Agreement supports clubs with both conventional Metal Halide and LED floodlighting systems.

Why regular maintenance matters

Floodlighting maintenance helps you identify issues and plan ahead. Checking the condition of your system can highlight wear, damage or faults that need attention, reducing the risk of unexpected failures and cancelled fixtures.

For conventional Metal Halide systems, regular servicing helps reduce the need for expensive emergency repairs. For LED systems, servicing also helps meet manufacturers’ warranty requirements.

By understanding the condition of your equipment, your club can make informed decisions about repairs, budget for future work and help extend the life of its floodlighting.

What does the agreement include?

A detailed visual inspection

We inspect your columns, floodlights and supporting infrastructure, including column lowering mechanisms and accessible foundation plates. These checks look for signs of corrosion, wear, damage and faults, helping establish the condition of your system.

Additional servicing for LED systems

For LED floodlighting, the agreement includes a full lens and rear heatsink clean, a water egress inspection and checks to confirm that all LED arrays are operating correctly.

A comprehensive condition report

Following the inspection, you’ll receive a report outlining:

The condition of your columns, floodlights and overall system

Any remedial work required

Estimated current lux levels on the pitch

Current energy running costs, based on assumed or supplied electricity unit rates

Advice on improving your floodlighting system

This gives your club a clear overview of its lighting and a practical basis for planning future maintenance or improvements.
